Our programs are not training courses or workshops. They are embedded transformation experiences designed for African social impact organizations serious about building the internal systems their mission demands.
The Roots Program
A competitive, three month embedded transformation experience for African social impact organizations.
Three organizations are selected per cohort. Each receives dedicated, embedded support from an Impact Partners point of contact working inside the organization, not advising from the outside. Support is focused on one partner product — Leadership Systems, Culture and Team Health, or Operations and Governance — chosen based on the organization's specific gap.

How the three months unfold
A rhythm designed for real change, not surface polish.
Month 1
Diagnose and Design
Understand before we build. Organizational health diagnostic, leadership assessment, and co design of your transformation roadmap. Cohort Session 1: Foundations.
Month 2
Deliver and Activate
Build the real systems. Intensive embedded work, coaching, operational systems co built, culture activated. Cohort Session 2: Leadership in Practice.
Month 3
Embed and Sustain
Transfer ownership and select the retainer organization. Systems tested and embedded, internal owners trained, retainer organization evaluated. Cohort Session 3: Showcase.
